Video-based learning is very powerful and a proven way to learn more, faster. However, the downside is that videos are more difficult to scan, search and understand without watching them. This has been a deficiency on all video training sites, not just CraftQuest.
To fix that for CraftQuest, I rolled out two new ways to make it easier for premium subscribers to find information on CraftQuest:
First, a global search assistant that allows you to search inside videos and get direct timestamped links to the relevant videos. This will also search other materials in the CraftQuest catalog, like articles and Quests.
Second, an in-video search assistant that you can access on any video page (course video, lesson, livestream), and ask for information relevant to the video. This assistant will also return results to other learning material on CraftQuest, as well as other helpful information.
I consider both of these new tools in beta because I haven't tested them much yet beyond myself. I would enjoy your feedback and ideas on how to them make them better and more helpful for finding what you need!
Thank you for subscribing to CraftQuest and supporting a community tool!
