Last week I was in Boston for the annual Laracon US conference. The last time I was in Boston I met Tom Cruise. While Tom wasn't in town this year, I did meet several old friends from years past. And they are undoubtedly more lovely than Tom. It was a real treat to re-connect with them.

And, that's what is so exciting about the Laravel community: it feels like home yet there are so many new talented, passionate people still to meet. 

Not just for me. For you, too.

When Craft 6 hits general availability later this year (or early next?), we will all extend our Craft community into the Laravel community. Before I went to Boston I created a landing page for my new Laravel friends, so they could see what's going on over here in the Craft world and what to expect with Craft 6.
