What's up with ViteRestart?

Andrew and Ryan decided to figure out if ViteRestart was really needed, and, if not, what was reloading the pages in the project.

As some feed­back to the course, some­one in Dis­cord said that we don’t need to use ViteR­estart any­more as of Vite 5 because Vite reloads any watched files automatically.

Andrew and Ryan decid­ed to fig­ure out if ViteR­estart was real­ly need­ed, and, if not, what was reload­ing the pages in the project.
