Migrating to MySQL from MariaDB in DDEV

Craft 5 does not offi­cial­ly sup­port Mari­aDB, so we’ll migrate our local devel­op­ment envi­ron­ment to MySQL. This does not impact any oth­er envi­ron­ments, like stag­ing or pro­duc­tion. We’ll have to han­dle that separately.
