Element Types

These are the dif­fer­ent types of con­tent that can be man­aged with­in Craft CMS. 

The sev­en built-in ele­ment types are Address­es, Assets, Cat­e­gories, Entries, Glob­al Sets, Tags, and Users. Plu­g­ins or mod­ules can also add their own cus­tom ele­ment types.
